The building exterior has aesthetic values that include utilizing local Hebron Brick with dark iron spots which encompasses the bulk of the exterior. By utilizing the offset curves of metal panel and smooth honed stone finishes that gives the building a “modern, yet grounded look.” A feature that may go unnoticed by most is the fact that there are no air handling units located on the roof. The building has a basement area that houses the air handling units, and mechanical/electrical utilities. High winds in the area make for difficult situations when performing maintenance in North Dakota. With an interior mechanical system, those problems are virtually non-existent.
