This Edina MOB includes a 2-story open field house for physical therapy and a 3-story office building for physical therapy clinic, prosthetics shop/treatment rooms, and an ambulatory surgery center on the second floor. The two building components are pinned together with a large curving metal panel wall which becomes the buildings formal main entrance.  A long simple canopy leads up to 4 massive pilasters announcing the entrance.  Both field house and office building have bases of light-colored Sandstone brick and body’s of Executive Ironspot brick.  There are black metal brows over the large arched window openings on the South and East side of the field house.  The entire building uses a simple stacked window vocabulary that varies in rhythm.
